    I've just issued a fatwah on *cookies, to rapturous applause and cheers by the spontaneous crowd that just appeared beneath the balcony of the Grand Palace. In further news, working hours for horses have been doubled whilst hay rations have been halved. Doubleplusgood! Now each horse can take a greater patriotic share in achieving the targets of our current 5-Year Plan!
