IDS?

    Hello Community!


    I’m a new freelancer from germany.
    I started my first freelancer game with rebalance mod 3.56!
    But I have a problem with the item names at the traders. It often says “IDS?” and the description is often missing.
    This is no good for a newbie.


    Is this a general problem of the mod/version or could it go away when I do a clean reinstall?
    What file is responsible for these texts?


    At the moment I did the following.
    - installed FL Original-Game in English
    - installed patch 1.1
    - installed patch 1.4 (unofficial)
    - did some changes to some ini’s to enable 1680x1050 and have a better point of view
    - installed RB 3.56

    Good to hear u fixed it ;)
    If you read the readme's :P it states just install Freelancer then the mod then the character editor.
    You dont need to install the 1.1 or 1.4 patches or sdk's


    they are incorporated into the mod were needed so installing them will only cause problems ;)
