tool location help

I am looking for two tools neither of which I know the name of...

1. a system editor, lets you add/change systems

2. a referance type program that lets you "surf" around the systems locating ships, treasure, weapons, etc...

I've looked thru this forum and none of the tools here match the two I am looking for

Both do the jobs u need i belive, not sure if there hosted here.
Check the downloads section.

Else FLTools pack is on ModDB
