pc working again,alfa & lance please read & thx

    yeah back again,initally thought norton anti virus was keeping me from playing freelancer, so i asked around lancers,got a lot of good info and suggestions about my pc,alfa matrix and lance warrior i beleive that's their names, helped me out tremendousely,as i searched the problem further,there was an additional problem. called hp did some trouble shooting with them intially thought it was a h.d. problem couldnt find 1. so hp asked me to send laptop to them so i did was without a pc for 2 weeks wasnt about to use my 8 year old dell intel pc..cant imagine why lol,hp called me 2 days later found out the system board was shot they replaced it free of charge, no out of pocket expense[ hp tech support, they speak ENGLISH thought i died and gone to pc heaven]obviously norton is no more using kapersky quite pleased with them, btw thanx alfa matrix and lancewarrior :D

    Congratulations! Kaspersky is the best and the way to go ;) Kaspersky works seemlessly well with Freelancer for me on Windows Vista and Windows 7.

    yup it was mind boggling to me lol,never had a prob with norton till that instance. had no probs parting with norton,not only on this pc,but also desktop downstairs. just to avoid hair pulling sessions,namely mine lolquestion for ya lancer which version or server do u play on,good wing man here once i get a decent ship

    I play on Guild server, and Corpse's next Mod update to Evolutions is due out shortly. It's rather good as it is now, just need more players lol :)

    guild server?? i'll check it out,i heard of evolutions b4.probaly a different sci fi game i played 3 or 4 years ago either case i'll keep an eye out for it,i played on asgard server awhile back and very breifly,wasnt watching the key i hit and got banned from server someone thought i cheated and i didnt .no one would listen to me though,which lead me back to single player mode,just hated the storyline time consuming,plays along well with others lol.the more i think about it i think it was sfc3 which was more than 3 or 4 years ago referring to evolutions mod.

    Just avoid hitting F1 (DONT do it) when in a battle - ppl will think you're trying to avoid fighting or paying tax/fine, etc.. Other than that, just following posted rules in general should be fine on most any server. if you hit it by accident hit it again to resume lol

    now that u said that, i did hit f1 key i was going for #1 key and hit f1 by mistake,slap me with a wet noodle,mind if i add u as a friend lancewarrior?

    back to the f1 thingey lol as soon as i hit that key,ship blew,im thinking what the hell,tried to log back in said i was banned,it's ok though,thing that got me i didnt even get a chance shoot at any not even 1 stinking asteroid lol,no worries though,just glad didnt have a decked out ship
