I want to upload or send my mod for download

How do I send or upload a mod I have created?
I can't seem to find what I am looking for to do this.
My mod is a simple Icon-Jump Hole-Gate Mod.

please post your mod here in appropriate location http://www.lancersreactor.org/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=59 . please make the topic name the same as your mod and in post body have a description.

If you can stick closely to that format it would be greatly appreciated.
