Modding can be a huge pile of work and may require weeks of hard work. What you´d like may not be quick and easy, and no one here is paid to do what they do. On the other hand, if you learn to mod, most people here are willing to help with any specific problems you run into and you´ll have the satisfaction of knowledge. Editing ini files needs no rearranging and there are already many tools out there to help do it. And why do you want to become an uber hunter??
