the only advice i can give u is to try to find a server with the lowest ping time. dont take missions where they send help and try to avoid areas with other players as these both increase the amount of data being transfered and can push it over the edge

actually, 56k should work fine..i know coz i have a cap limit on my dsl, and i monitor the usage.... best advice, is find servers with ping under 350
