• "The Australian Fast Bowler"? He´s an invention from that bloody awful comedy show on Channel 10 isn´t he? The character´s not even very imaginative! *Shakes head in disgust*

  • I cannot resist asking..... So.... is it mere coincidence or is this someting that is drawn from those who are English of who have hewn close to English roots that makes these men want to dress like women for the purposes of humor and, I might add, dress like kinky women at that? <Edit> Corrected grammar Edited by - Indy11 on 10/19/2004 8:44:11 AM

  • Panto? Is that short for pantomime? Which really doesn´t help me all that much. Is that some sort of party theme I don´t know if my answer is a "yes" or a "no."

  • panto=pantomime, a particularly English institution as yet unsullied by imported *foreign* ideas.

"for once, i`ll actually tell you what i was thinking; but maybe i won`t have anything to say.."

  • Whew. what a day. I still gotta get the photos back from the mates (as i left mine at home) so i can post them, but it was a rather successful day. A full rundown of what people actually came as: The Queen. The Mask (jim carrey, not the one from that cher movie) Neo (the guy looked really crummy. i mean really really crummy) William Wallace (this one was well done) Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz Two Blind Mice (There was 2, okay?) The Spice Girls Whoopie Goldberg from Sister Act. (the guy who dressed up as her got a severe warning for flashing...) 2 Monks Preist (yes, the guy was perverted too) Ballerina 2 Punk Faeries 1 Real Faerie A kick-booty dude as a clown on a unicycle. This was a treat to see. A lot of Goths. The girls from Grease 2 Devils Sith Lord Australian Fast Bowler (just a guy in cricket gear. no sideburns or anything) Princess Hippie Little Red Riding Hood Wonder Woman Backwards Man Vampire Wilma from The Fintstones Our Yr 12 Coordinator dressed as a bogan Year 11 And Patty dressed as Patty. (he didnt have a costume, but was claiming he did.) there were a few more, i cant really remember... But there was a good recovery period where we just sat in a friends backyard talking bull and reminising, and taking care of the school captain who had a whole 700ml bottle of jim beam in 2 hours. lets just say that he half filled a bucket. XX( Not good when I had to drive him home. A good time in the pub, but i went home early cos i was burned out from partying sober for 1 & 1/2 days. but now a lot of people owe me big time... hehehehehehehe Anyway, Now all that is left is exams, then its schoolies. Im definitely taking the camera to that one =:= The Shark -:- I used to be a guy called Cosmic Viator

  • LS said: "A kick-booty dude as a clown on a unicycle. This was a treat to see." I´m familiar with a form of reference here for "kick-booty" but I get the sense that it probably means something else in Oz. What is a kick-booty dude <Edit> And, of course. So Pictures? Will I be suitably horrified? Edited by - Indy11 on 10/27/2004 5:45:11 PM
