Gatling guns. No power usage, insane re-fire rates and damage potential. Preferably use 50 cal or higher types. Possibly the best guns in the game. The beam cannons don´t work too well. Of course, they´ll probably close this little loop-hole and force us to buy ammo for them. Captain of the Kep Salu Trekkie and proud of it!

No way!!!! Use marsflyer stem guns!!! the stem 2 has a 42. something refire and does 256 damage per hit!!! no energy usage either!!!! You can run, but run fast.... 1 shot is all I need.

Hah, finally the phasers are fixed. No noticeable energy use , and the pulse phasers fire 8.33 with 800+ damage per hit! Recommend you get a big, big ship before you try to mount one though. As for torpedos, use a photon/quantum mix. a quantum for heavy hits, and photons for agile targets. Nothing can outrun them, and it is damm near impossible to out-turn a photon.
