    Probably the day Freelancer comes out and we´ll all be flying around as pirates, mercenaries, etc and the poor little mission editor will get about 2 downloads. Well, hope not. Anyone heard anything from Warthog? DOH! Stupid Tornado!

    the mission editor is comming out apparently, but i persume it will be after a patch, what we need is someone from the development team in the forum, at the moment its just "a friend of a friend told me" and im sure that as Gibby said befor, if they contact him first he can hid their email adress /----------------------------------------/ "gravity is a myth, the earth sucks"

    IMHO I don´t think any kind of patch is going to come out, and as for the Mission Editor we can probably hope it will be a while, the Stats Editor took a while, and it wasn´t even that good. &quot;Fight until you can fight no more&quot;

    HCl actually has the contact to the main programmer of Starlancer. AFAIK, the editor is still due, though they had to make a lot of editing of it, since it apparently included a bunch of Starlancer Sourcecode, which now should be as good as removed. So lets keep hoping, even while it´s been a very long time by now!     Yup.. apparently a bunch of SL code the editor needed to refer to was removed, so it´s getting closer to being released. Unfortunately, that´s all i know <img src=smilies/icon_smile_sad.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> I asked Paul for a release date for the mission editor, but when he sent the Gallactica models he didn´t mentioned any kind of estimated release date. I seem to recall that DC StarLancer went Alpha a while ago aand was basically getting bugs removed, maybe they´ll be able to work some more on the editor when most of the bugs are fixed, but that´s just me speculating here. For now, all we can do is wait. I *will* mention this again soon, but i don´t want to nag him too much, he has been very patient answering my e-mails, not to mention supporting the editing community by getting the stats editor and Gallactica models released.
