everytime i try to get onto multiplay i just get the zone web page ive downloadded the s/w about 5 times but it still wont work!! ps do i have to have cd1 or cd2 in the drive to play multi

I contacted Microsoft Monday morning European time, and they took action on the morning US time. The servers where back up the day after... I do what I can, and the people I know have some influence... <img src=smilies/icon_smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> But I must say that I´m more than surprised, that Zone staff did not notice on their own, and that any reports to their Tech Chats didn´t get them to do something! That I did need to send an email to Microsoft Games, who then contacted the Microsoft Zone staff (two different departments, and I think also two different companies, though both under the MS umbrella), that is very, very weird!
