• http://www.eve-online.com It´s a good game, I like it. You are digging for the answers, Until your fingers bleed, To satisfy the hunger, To satiate the need. They feed you on the guilt, To keep you humble and low, Some man and myth they made up, A thousand years ago. Edited by - Krazny Oktyabr on 4/4/2005 1:11:09 PM

 • Thanks Finalday for moving this! I know this is heresy, but I was actually one of eve-online´s beta testers. I just couldn´t get into the game. I really tried, but it just didn´t do it for me. I know there are many out there who love it, and all power to you since this isn´t meant to belittle the game, but some things turn one on, and others off. At Freelancer Fanstock in 2002, some Eve-Online testers were invited as well. They thought Freelancer was "interesting" but it didn´t turn them one. To each their own. Gaming is about what you enjoy, period. What I like is simply that, what I like. I make no judgments about other people´s likes and dislikes in games.

 • I heard that Eve is crowded with powergaming n00bs who take away the fun for the more serious gamers. Never tried it and never will. Edit: Damn spelling --------- possible definitions of the word Diskette: 1- Female disk 2- The practices and forms prescribed by social convention or by authority regarding disks

 • Not true. The serious gamers are the ones who succeed. It´s got an ever-changing market system, the world´s biggest game universe, and incredible amount of variety, an intuitive control system and some very good RP if you´re into that. Politics also is quite a ingame thing, with the Minmatar and Amarr constantly at odds. I highly suggest you try it, as it is unfair to brand something that you´ve never experience and decided that you don´t like already You are digging for the answers, Until your fingers bleed, To satisfy the hunger, To satiate the need. They feed you on the guilt, To keep you humble and low, Some man and myth they made up, A thousand years ago.

 • yeah and money for a montlhy fee... well its not alot but..currently cant be paying any game monthly fees :/ BUT, I do love the game. I had 2 trials and for both of them I was sad that I had to end. The game is very interesting, and if I was able to pay a monthly fee I would deffinetly play it <img src=´http://img114.exs.cx/img114/9778/logosig01.jpg ´>
