The last hours of the Osiris

  • The fall of the Osiris, Chapter 1

    Written by Claudio D'Azeglio

The large gas expanse of the Edge Nebula veiled the Osiris in its shroud, concealing it from being found by the Nomads while the necessary repair procedures were about to start, the battle for Planet Toledo was bloody and tiresome for the Order pilots, and very unfavorable for the Osiris, who became the main target of the Nomads during the siege. The overall silence onboard and with the crew's morale dwindling, Casper Orillion knew that they were doomed to fail, and that the Edge Nebula would become their graveyard for the centuries to come, a graveyard of lost hope and despair in a far place, a place in which they were forced to escape because of the Liberty Security Force.

A Liberty Navy dressed marine walked towards Orillion, on the bridge of the Osiris, apparently worried about something

Julian Haines: Commander, several LSF snubcraft vessels were spotted by our wing south from our current position. They want to join our cause.
Casper Orillion: Join our cause? When everything is lost? We've lost Toledo, we can't go back in Liberty, we are stuck in here, with the Nomads that ring at our door each day, but the question is, how long until this door will be destroyed?

The officer walked away, leaving Orillion to reflect. While he was watching outside from the observatory deck, he didn't noticed the large stain that appeared on the radar. The last hours of the Osiris were about to start.

  • Whats Lightroom? I never heared of it...

BTW nice little story! Very poetic!

Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop are Photo Editing software. As for the roleplay, that comes natural when you've lost half a year writing roleplay ingame or on the forums.
