(plugin) Randomizing the "Loading screen".

The idea is: Since HUD editing is now possible, I made a few backgrounds for front_loadingbar just like the classic loading screen in other games. I thought, if randomizing the main menu scene is possible, maybe having a few "loading screens" that show randomally is possible too!

What do you say?

Well, HUD editing is still new to us, therefore it wasn't done before.

I'm just throwing an idea in the air now, and I'm sure some geniouse can do it.

BTW it has no relation to hook, but to client-side DLLs.
