Changing Juni´s hair

hey everyone, i have such a problem
it´s driving me crazy now lol
This is the thing:

Extract the MIP0
-Turn this tga indexed image into a RGB tga image
-New Layer
-Paint the hair red, then apply blur in the corners
-Turn the red layer into a semitransparent red so it goes upon the hair and then the hair has the same drawings but the black turns red
-"Lipstick" on juni (same steps as with the hair)
Deleted MIP1
REIMPORT
____________
Then?

There is a "ghost" original texture
the thing is mixed up
Why?
Also, some pieces of my texture are doing flashes

I want a redhead junko!
and want to change her clothes too as SWAT did but i can´t with this issue

I edited the eyes too, now they are green but it seems they have the same problem
