Anyone here see it?
I think it is absolutely brilliant.
Would make interesting discussion material methinks, don't want to spoil it for those who hasn't seen it yet though.

I saw it and have to say that the Joker was played out excellently. Far better than even the old/original Joker.

Agreed, he was one of the best parts of the movie
with the original story, what caused him to get those scars though?
I only know what he said in this film about what happened.
Hey sw.
I want to see it this coming weekend. Theaters have been too packed till now.
Quote from "Alfa Astrix"with the original story, what caused him to get those scars though?
Was it not an accident with some chemicals that gave him his permanent smile. Or was that the Penguin, or both?.
pah, this modern rubbish isn't Batman, only the Adam West version from the 60s is real Batman
Taw, but seeing it as a standalone film? Only being a sequel to the modern "Batman Begins"?
I don't know the 60's versions, so I can't really comment in that context.
This one has some delightful irony and also some interesting questions you could discuss...which could be done once everyone has seen it.
I'm not going to see it, I'm off to see Mamma Mia with the pensioners, far more my kind of thing and I can join in with the songs I'll catch it on dvd or telly sometime.

The chemicals was Two-Face. The Penguin was a circus freek child, but the orginal original Joker was a chemical accident that just turned all his skin white.
