Another insightful comment by Magnet! *Thumbs up!*
the Sarcasm in here is thick...
Anyway, yea the new-new background looks even better Chaos!

The background is fine, its the form text area that is strange. Its, bunched into the center a bit.
Note, I'm running widescreen too. A 2 1/2 inch shorter on both side. Just feedback.

-
OMG your right there is no place like home! I just wish I got a better nights rest last night ><;
-
lol, wow, an amazing discovery!!!

-
wow, with TLR backup FD can finally get back to telling us about reformatting his pc every 3 months
oops sorry FD, I see you're a Mac fanboi now, given up with computers altogether then? pah, Macs, overpriced Fisher-Price V-Techs if you ask me, you wouldn't notice the difference if I gave you an Etch-a-Sketch and some jumbo Crayolas.get rid of that Jobs-derived pic and put your lovely bearded visage up, I miss the little animals that live in it; have those woodpeckers hatched yet?
-
OMG its the sheik himself -- back from the land of sand -- done tortureing the natives and hunting rabbits again ??
-
Just for you Taw. From about a week ago.
And for your information, the macbook works a whole lot better than any PC I ever owned, thank you

-
Hey Fd
nice to see you're still aroundHope you're well these days

-
Other than getting older, about the same. I want a new warranty on this body though. The old one ran out 8 years ago.

-
interesting use of the word *normal* there Az, an adjective that I would hesitate to apply to our resident computer=breaking birdman; here's a picture of FD au naturel..
and just for you FD here's a nice pic of me and Mrs Taw taken by the Tawette at Portmeirion last year. Bask in my handsomeness and wonderfullity, TLR folk!
(and before anyone asks what she's doing with her hand, Mrs Taw is pointing at the Prisoner shop because the sprogs were desperate to go in and buy Prisoner tat!)
-
Taw, I thought you promised to give up smoking. *Shakes head*
-
did I? I don't recall giving such an affirmation, in fact if anything I have increased my intake of cancer-tubes. Quite possibly I said that I *ought* to give up, but that's not the same thing, is it?
-
So, how are things going in that little sand box of yours? No new war from down-under and Musty?

I am going to vote that it IS the same thing but then again I guess that would mean that I would have to start doing everything I said I probably would do or that I would like to do.
-
of course it isn't the same thing. One may know that there is a course of action that one should take, but if one chooses not to and does not expressly give an undertaking that one will take said course of action, then one isn't beholden to; ergo, whilst giving up the cancer-tubes may well be something that for a variety of reasons I should do, having neither made any actual promises or the urgency of pressing need, I'm not going to - anytime soon, that is.
iirc FD was starting on an *evils of smoking* lecture backed up by Accushot and I got bored so I think I said I'd think about it to shut them up. Bit like when the sprogs start on about it and I just say *yeah yeah whatever* and walk outside for a smoke (because I'm not allowed to smoke inside the Grand Palace)
fyi FD we've had several military clashes, all successfully handled by the Tawakalni militia, we also had a who's got the best/worst dictator's palace (also won by me, as Muskrat lives in a municipal rubbish dump) and a who's got the rottenest job competition. Naturally we don't do the *who's the sexiest/most brilliant/most wonderful Mullah in Tawakalnistan* competition anymore because I keep winning and I'm running out of space for the trophies.
In a related way, the weekly *who's got the worst computer?* competition is always won by Esquilax. He's currently *thinking* again about his ten-year upgrade of Typhus, I believe that he's getting a whole 16megs of 72-pin EDO in a years time and might even get one o' them *PCI* graphics cards, but I reckon he'll end up waiting for the technology to mature, again

-
Taw, you know that if he ever got a new one, he's so secretive that he would never tell anyone.
