internet failure

    Euhm


    still have some problems with my freelancers multiplayer thing


    this what i did


    1. put disc in PC
    2. instal freelancer (as usual)
    3. start menu
    4. click on multiplayer
    5. LAN or internet (i pick internet)
    6. wants me to creat a ID ok i created a character with the ID that freelancer alreayd said i had to us (so i only clicked on create)
    7. i get the window in front of me where the server's has to come BUT there isnt any1 coming.
    8. waiting untill ready with searching for server's (it keeps saying connecting to global server)
    9. after 20 min. i get borred and logged off


    does anyone knows what i ahve to do about my problem ?

    Wrong section to post this but as far as I know, when you try to join a server it tries to connect to the global server first, which does not exist anymore. So you need the global server workaround which can be found here:

    This will download the file, as for using it well look at the site itself for info.
