What do you mean by "tech support"? Like, a blogging system where people post queries or a forum or an irc channel?

Well, a live chat support service costs money to setup and host. Also, you'll need to be online, like, 24/7.It would be best to just setup an IRC Channel, and let other users help each other whilst you're not there
