I´d vote for C&C: Red alert. Where´s my cookie, Loc? BTW, killing der Fuehrer would be a bad idea... unless you take comrad Stalin with him Life is only given once ... and most often by accident Edited by - zlo on 11/11/2004 1:06:10 PM

Nice trailer. Still, I´m a bit cautious - usually they put the best parts in the trailers, hence it may not necessarily reflect the quality of the whole movie. I guess I´ll first get an illicit copy () and watch in on PC, and only then decide if it´s worth seeing it at the cinema Life is only given once ... and most often by accident

Geez, stop it guys! If I had a chance, I´d go back in time and prevent the murder of Ferdinand (?) to prevent WWI and, consequently, WWII. You know why? JUST TO MAKE YOU STOP ARGUING ABOUT IT! Life is only given once ... and most often by accident

Hrm... I´d probably go back to the times of the Third reich and alter the course of Kursk and Normandy j/k, BTW Alternatively, I´d try to collect as many valuable artefacts from earlier times and arrange a huge auction No serious ideas. It´d take me considerable time to decide where (and when) I want to go, and what to do there or whether to do anything at all. Life is only given once ... and most often by accident

Agreed. The only excuse for leaving food on the plate is its bad taste or, alternatively, being so full it´s impossible to swallow anything anymore. Besides, I paid for every darn bit, so it´s all mine Life is only given once ... and most often by accident Edited by - zlo on 10/19/2004 9:09:21 AM

Nice spidy. Difficult to judge about the size tho. it could be good to put sth close to it for comparison, say, a human finger Life is only given once ... and most often by accident

Looks it´s not only clubs now: today I read in a local newspaper that a woman has been attacked in an elevator on the way home; the attacker pressed a syringe with a needle to her neck threatening to infect her with AIDS if she didn´t give him all the money. The guy was caught and sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment. Even though the needle wasn´t infected, I still think the punishment was too light. Life is only given once ... and most often by accident

Some ads are funny, until you see them too much. we have a lot of them here too, but I´ve noticed that American ads usually have nothing to do with the properties of the advertized product (heck, now locals are using this strategy for political ads [we´re having parliament elections, which I can hardly understand). I was also surprised to hear that in the US (well, at least in Florida) the advertisement law stating that you can only advertize your goods without reference to the goods produced by any other company is non-existant - a friend of mine said he saw numerous ads saying that, for instance, GMC is way better than, say Toyota, and stuff. If this is true, there should be court trials every day Life is only given once ... and most often by accident

I tried Postal 2, and I think it fits into both categories: An excellent idea (playing a serial killer, using cats as silencers, throwing rotten bull heads and scissors at people, being able to urinate on your visctims before slicing their head off with a shovel - what a fun!) Bad realization: numerous long-taking loads (why in the heck do I have to wait every time I pass a tunnel, when, say, MoH or any other FPS doesn´t have any loading every time you enter a new part of the environment?!), and unrealistic adversaries - geez, a cop takes four (!) bullets into her forehead before dropping dead. In sum, if not for those rahter significant flaws, I´d enjoy the game immensely. Life is only given once ... and most often by accident Edited by - zlo on 10/10/2004 8:01:27 AM

Heltak : Rammstein? Yep, they´re crazy, but I bet only on the stage. As for an example of craziness, just think of Burzum. Life is sexually transmitted

Never seen the show, so no copmmens here. Anyway, I do believe that you can downgrade any feeling to the two aforementioned purposes, as can you nearly universally apply Freud´s theories. They´re so easily applied and seem right because they are simple and indeed do have some reason. However, even though the reproduction and survival instincts are indeed a major driving force in our behavior (who - I´m talking to males - have´n experienced ´spermotoxicosis´? ), but human feelings cannot really be simplified to that extent. Thus, Nietsche´s statement in question is only partially right - our feelings do include those two factors but are not limited to them. That´s my opinion (on the other hand, I just love trying to prove to younger people that what they call ´love´ is but chemistry plus the reproduction instinct ) Life is sexually transmitted
