Yeah, good thing there isn´t a French faction in FL. They´d just turn and run away from all attackers while eating cheese. (I´m joking. I like the French language, country, and culture.)

I love the Bounty Hunter "Hammerhead" ship. It just looks mean and the design is just sweet. I can´t wait to pilot that baby.

What happens if you do sit there for months with cruise control on?

I´m sure this has been answered before, but in the IGN preview, it says you can fly from one star system to another, and I´ve also heard that you must use a jump gate to get from one system to another. Are both ways possible? Or do you have to use a jump gate?

Maybe this should be moved to the spoiler forum? Possibly? I could be wrong.

That´s even better. I can´t wait to see how each of the 168 places to land look Thanks for the info, guys.

Is there dynamic trade prices or are they set for every system? Set for every system and every place you land....BUT there are well over 160 places to potentially sell stuff. I´ve been to all but 15. There are several ways of finding the best/worse pricing. Hard to explain the details without seeing it, but the game does keep track of places you land, and the prices goods will fetch. The Neural Net has a section to show you best prices and worse prices of the places you´ve landed. The NAV map shows all the stations you´ve visited (sortable) and when you click on one, it zooms in on the system the base resides in. Very cool!! Edited by - Stinger on 08-02-2003 05:13:54

The Bounty Hunter "Hammerhead" ship is by far the sweetest.

You can see games going gold up to about 2 weeks before release. That´s about how long it takes to get the CDs pressed and boxed up, and shipped out to retailers.
