I have to agree with Taw and Wilde here, I think theres something very very wrong with the top brass (moderators) on this forum. Its actually part of the reason I decided to make my posts and replies minimal here. You can play as 3 different chars, Nilsson (fastest), a chick named Jennifer Mui (cheapest air support), and finally Chris Jacobs (highest hit points), nilsson is swedish, mui is british and jacobs is american (with a serious attitude i might add) . Either way i totally agree the game is completely amazing, you forgot to mention the 380 collectables and the SERIOUS amount of unlocking you can do for air strikes and supplies (everything from Fuel Air Bombs to Hummer H3 vehicles) I personally love the approachability of missions (sneaking in with a disguised vehicle) and so on, I´ve had times on hard Card Generals where i just drive up in a car, knock him unconscious and drive away nice n cool <img src=smilies/icon_smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> . I´d say after playing both, Ratchet And Clank. Much more fluid and interesting gameplay <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> plus the constant improvement of pretty much everything from weapons to levels and so on. I think above all, both movies, and books, would have to be games on scare factor. But thats just me, I have read Horror books and found em really creepy at best, I have watched movies and been scared. But nothing beats the fear you get from playing scary games hands down. Well, I´ve been downloading music since, hell its been about 5 years, and I see absolutely nothing wrong with it, sure im stealing and all that junk but, well, y´know what? I really could give a ****. I NEVER listened to music before I found out about MP3´s and now I have a collection of a couple hundred, I could do without music just fine I just use it to have somethin to listen to when im at the comp. I think most of the CDs are full of crap except for a few songs, and with widely distributed programs like limewire and kazaa and millions of people sharing songs, it really doesnt make much sense to me to pay for it. Besides, like i said, I buy a cd with 2 good songs on it out of 12, it makes no sense to me at all, when I could just sit down at the comp, and in 2 minutes flat have the song I want and I dont even have to waste the time of going to the store and getting it. I believe that for all the people you mentioned that didnt like it theres probably 10 more that did. I.. personally am a huge fan of the Splinter Cell series and really dont care if its linear. I bought it yesterday actually, I just landed in the Telos prison. I am torn between going light or dark, light is cool cause of the healing but dark is so much more cool. For some reason the characters in the game are also very torn between em. To build relationship with Kreia so shes on the same side as you, you have to be light, if your dark your relationship with her decreases. Such a shame too shes kinda cool. Well, I personally think technology is moving far too fast than it should hard for someone to keep up, like say, as much as I am astonished how far the unreal engine has GOT, i am even moreso disgusted to hear that no current computer can run it, especially after shelling out just about 4k on a fully loaded alienware 2 months ago.
