Oooh, favourite aircraft now eh? WWII: Lancaster B17 bomber Present day: F111 Aardvark! Or as its called in Australia, Kangaroo..

Ever since I was a little kid I´ve gone through different crazes....firstly Pirates, then guns, tanks, submarines, when I was 14 it was pyrotechnics (I still have a bit of that now) and then aircraft up until now. I too am interested in astronomy, but as an amature. I have a 6 inch newtonian telescope which cost a pretty penny.

Part I: Starting off Part II: The Borderworlds Part II: Other Stuff Part I: Starting off Ok, you start at Manhatten. Make enough money to get a Rhino, either by doing a few missions or shoot the wrecks to get cardamine/weps and sell them, the wrecks can be found at E6, D6, and E7. Also, shooting a few Police Storage depots near Newark Station above planet Manhatten is helpful. To find them, fly near Newark station and select the loot scanner option on your hud, or find them on the nav map. They may have already been destroyed, if so you will only see the metallic cross that holds them. If they have not been destroyed, the part to shoot at is the container like object held by the cross, usually there is 4 of these per depot. Shoot them until they explode, and only shoot as much as it takes to get nuetral with the Liberty pirates. Then when you have a Rhino, head down to Dresden, in Rheinland. Once there, go to Bautzen station (just follow the trade lanes) and if you think you have enough money to buy diamonds, then buy them and skip the next part. If you don´t head out into the clould just to the east of Bautzen, or find it in your Nav map by selecting "mineable zones". shoot up the asteroids that come hurtling past. You have to shoot quite alot before you get a diamond, depending on your luck. Once you have diamonds, head up to Planet New Tokyo, Kusari via Sigma 13. At Planet New Tokyo, sell the diamonds, and depending on how much money you have, buy a drone, and buy niobium. Head down to The Ring, a station orbiting above planet New Berlin. Sell the Niobium, go to Planet New Berlin, and buy diamonds, heading back to New Tokyo once again. (optional) Once you have enough money, buy a better freighter, either a Humpback, available on most of Rheinland´s planets, or, a Dromedary, which has more cargo space but is less powerful and cheaper. The Dromedary can be bought at Mactan base, sector D4 of Magellan system. The Lane Hackers own this base. To attempt to go to the border worlds and outfit a very heavy fighter, you need at LEAST a million credits, but alot more is preferrable. Part II: The Borderworlds It is probably wisest to ditch your freighter when heading to out of the known systems, there are many evils such as gas pockets and Corsairs out there. Get a temporary ship, a heavy fighter maybe, such as the Barracuda. Don’t spend too much on it though, its only temporary. Head up to Sigma 13, and dock at Helogoland station (this may take a few tries) Now, we are attempting to get to Omicron Theta, you can either do this via Sigma 13 to Sigma 17 to Theta, or Sigma 13/Honshu to Sigma 19 to Sigma 17 to Theta. For the first one, head from Helogoland to the top of sector F6, there is a jumphole to Sig 17 there. WATCH OUT, there is gas clouds that explode and do a lot of damage, and also there will probably be Corsairs near the hole as well. If you choose to go via Simga 19, which is probably safer, there is a Jumpgate there from Honshu, or a jumphole from Sigma 13 at the top of sector E3. From Sigma 19 the jumpgate to Sigma 17 is to the right of Sector E7. Got this far? Doing well. As soon as you get to Sigma 17, you will probably be ambushed by Corsairs. Put on your thrusters, hit engine kill, and turn around to look at them. Yes, you must TURN AROUND. They will soon become dots on the horizon. Now, in Sigma 17, get to F6. Here is the Jumphole to Omicron Theta. Once in Theta, get to Freeport 9, at sector F4. Congratulations, you made it. An eagle is available for purchase here, one of the four Very Heavy Fighters. Try to get a Corsair bribe from the bar, if its not there the first time either undock and redock, or, if in multiplayer, press F1, Select New Character, and select the same character, this will refresh the bar. Once you have it, F7, Omicron Gamma jumphole. Gamma is owned by Corsairs In Omicron Gamma there are two bases, Planet Crete at F5, and Tripoli Shipyard at D6. The Titan VHF is available at Crete, also some good class nine weapons. Once you have explored Gamma, There is a Jumhole to an Unkown system in F1. Back in Theta, there is a Jumphole at G3, to Omicron Alpha. Alpha is owned by Outcasts. There is Planet Malta at sector D5, where the Sabre VHF is available, and also some more class 9 weapons. There is also another jumphole to an Unkown system at G4, and a jumphole to Omicron Beta at G5. So there you go. The rest is up to you, go explore Part III: Other stuff Choosing a Very Heavy Fighter: All VHFs have 2 class 9 weapon slots, 4 class 10 weapon slots, and a turret (except for the Hammerhead Bounty Hunter VHF) The Titan is the most powerful with 12600 armour, and backward facing turret but it manoeuvres like a falling refrigerator. Sabre is the next most powerful with 10800 armour, and it has the most firepower with a forward facing turret. Its manoeuvreability is average. The Eagle is by far the most manoeuvreable VHF, but with only 9900 armour and a backward facing turret. The best sheild to equip these VHFs with is the Adv.Brigadine sheild available from Crete, Ruiz, or Malta. To make a lot of money, take missions from either Omicron Gamma or Alpha agains the Bounty Hunters Guild, or from Omicron Beta agains the GMG. You can always get a bribe to fix your reputation if you need it. In the unkown systems, if you are level 34 or over, and you destroy nomad ships, you can tractor in their Nomad class ten weapons. There are also two dockable planets in the unkown system off Gamma. Search for Freelancer Trainer wherever, basically it is a program that you run while your in the game, and you press a particular key and it gives you loads of money. Don´t use it in MP though, if the admin is competant you will most probably be banned.

Well, I used to play quite a bit but nowdays I only play if I have the urge to do one particular thing such as a trade route I have worked out, or pirating. I´d say I play about 1-3 hour a day, but alot more on weekends.

*pulls out a pin* POP! Oh, When checking out Proxima, don´t forget its only temporarily #$&%y, they´re moving it soon. TLR=Where your posting right now!

How about if the first expedition got there before the second expedition but a third expedition was sent out before the second expedition and got there after the first expedition but then the second expedition got there before the first expedition but then the third expedition came and the first expedition wasnt there. heh, nah, how about if the first expedition had EVOLVED differently to adapt to the new planet, and the second expedition thought that these evolved thingies were aliens and possible destroyed the first expedition. Of course, all that would be needed to resolve the matter is for the first exp´ to say "OMG WE R HUMANS 2!"
