As of version 1.0, the game is bugged and the Paralyzer Missile Launcher doesn´t spawn. The Launcher is *supposed* to drop from every wreck you get Paralyzer Missiles from, as it is listed in the loadouts.ini file. The problem is that in every case, the Paralyzer Missile Launcher is attached to the wreck´s hardpoint #3 - and unfortunately, all the wrecks only have two weapon hardpoints, filled with the guns that do drop. So in every case, the game tries to spawn the Launcher and fails. I´m sure this will be changed in a future patch, as it seems to just be an oversight. Then you´ll have more Paralyzer Missile Launchers than you know what to do with. Peace, -CxE

You probably ruined your rep with the Zoners by killing lots of Xenos. It isn´t listed, but the two groups get along. The easiest way that I know of to bribe the Zoners, without talking to a Zoner or setting foot on a Zoner base, is to go to the Cardiff Mining Facility in the Cambridge System. It´s an IMG base, and one of the miners will offer to bribe the Zoners. That one I know exists. Other IMG or Bounty Hunter bases might have bribes available to fix your rep with the Zoners. Bribing the Bundschuh can be a pain - that list of bribes has the minor problem that it doesn´t list what faction is offering the bribe. There may be someone on that base offering the bribe, but if you aren´t at least neutral with them, no dice. The easiest way to bribe the Bundschuh is to talk with the Zoner on Planet Hamburg, as that´s the only non-criminal that will offer the bribe. If you´re at least neutral with the Junkers, there´s one on Gas Miner Naha, and Planet New Berlin, I believe. If you have a lot of time on your hands, the Bundschuh are actually friendly with the GMG, so doing missions for the GMG helps all around. This is excruciatingly slow, however, and you´re better off just bribing. If you insist on blasting someone, the Rheinland Military is the best, followe by the Rheinland Police. Blasting Rogues, Hackers, Hogosha, or Xenos works too, but the returns are abysmal. You have to get back to dead neutral to buy what I´d assume you´re looking for. Peace, -CxE
