ehhhhhhh i play on like eagle utopia, i havent played in like a few weeks i place once in a while when im massively bored and can afford time to the game. senior year isnt easy...right now. major senioritis here. taking c++ now, next mk period. funny that this post came up, i was just thinking about why ppl havent made nomad ships, while i was testing my nomad ships in my expansion, i think it may be that tyhere is a central core int he ship that moves all the time. i dont know much about ship building and skinning, but i can see that as being a dilema. also the fact of it being translucent, but then again if ship skins can be removed and be invisible, hence how the cloak works, then this wouldnt be too complicated. how bout this as a troubleshooter, take an existing nomad ship and make it smaller per say. and see if the skins shrinkw ith it and make it a .3ds file. if that works u can work from there just gently changing the ship until and error, backtrack and start again you know?
