Are you using a MOD? With that computer you shouldn´t have a problem with 50 players. You might want to do a clean install of Freelancer...not sure if that would help but it sounds like there is definitely a problem somewhere. By clean install I mean delete the Freelancer folder and then reinstall Freelancer. Unfortunately I´m not the best technician around. Hopefully one of the server operators will see your post and help. You might want to post in the <A href=´http://www.lancersreactor.org/t/forum/forum.asp?forum_id=22&amp;forum_title=Freelancer+Server+Forum&amp;cat_title=Freelancer´ Target=_Blank>Freelancer Server Forum</a>.

The crashes may not be caused by the amount of players, it may be caused by characters that are modifying things and since the server files are not in sync with the player files this causes a crash. If this is not the case you can of coarse limit the number of players when you start up flserver.exe you´ll see a box with the number of players allowed. By default it is set at 16. Adjust accordingly until you find an the number that don´t cause the server to crash. You should be getting a yellow and or red icon on screen that is flashing giving you a warning. The only suggestion I can give you is to watch when this happens and the player that just logged on is the culprit. Although the crash may not happen immediately, it happens when they use that modified piece of equipment. Also if you´re not already using the <A href=´http://www.lancersreactor.org/t/Download/Download.asp?ID=1273´ Target=_Blank>IONCROSS Server Operator program by Joe Boomz</a> you may want to install and use it.

Those numbers refer to several different thing but I´m guessing.... Those numbers became an obsession a few months ago. They added, multiplied, divided and subtracted them. They turned each individual number into its corresponding letter of the alphabet. They tried to see if they matched anyone´s telephone number, or Global Positioning System coordinates. Someone even started a Web site: http://www.4815162342.com which posts its theories about The Numbers. Who would do stuff like this? Another thing you may want to consider is, if you are going to keep your original harddrive and hook up the second one as a slave to the original which will be the master, you´ll want the same type of harddrive. Not in brand but as in the type of drive. Most likely you have a IDE drive. So IDE, EIDE or ATA will be compatible. You can also use the new harddrive as the master and the old harddrive as the slave just make sure you follow the jumper diagram that will come with the new harddrive. That is if you plan on using both the old and new harddrives. If you don´t know what the jumper settings are for your old harddrive you should be able to get that information from the manufactures website. If you use the old harddrive as the slave make sure you set your bios to boot up off the old harddrive because that´s where your operating system will be, at least until, if you decide to install windows on the new harddrive. Hope you´re not getting confused, if you are just post and some knowledgeable character will help.

Chips Bargib already has the new software for the Forums... Why he has not upgraded I have no idea...I haven´t talked to him 2 months. Same thing with the others that are suppose to be helping out... I suppose that they are probably busy with other things but so am I...at least I try to keep up with the news items and mods, but unfortunately I don´t have time to do everything.
