now, now, this isn´t battle of the...talents. anyway, i forgot to mention, that Mark Camphouse was our guest director. have any of you ever heard of him? we played a piece he composed himself, called Yosemite Autumn. It´s a great piece. I´ll upload it to putfile for anyone who is interested...when i get the CD i ordered (yes, it will be a live recorded piece...with me playing in it..heh) it will be a few weeks though.

you know you are obsessed with medieval times when you think of armor when you hear chain mail.....you also know you are a computer nerd when you think of e-mails when you hear the same thing. Edited by - Wolf_Demon on 10/24/2005 6:19:54 AM

i agree. whilst halo is an incredibly good game, it has stolen a lot of ideas from ring world, however i would just like to point out how it is not completely ripped out: 1) there is no huge rim wall therefore halos atmosphere should technically be non existant 2) halo does not spin anywhere near fast enough to keep an atmosphere in anyway. 3) strangely ringworld is inhabited but halo is not. i think ringworld is a great book, a bit too much sex in it. however it is very complete and there are few plot hole to the untrained eye. but i think the most obvious rip is the flood. what do you think?

<font face=´trebuchet ms, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica´ size=2> It looked like there was a rim wall to me. Also, Halo (Installation 7 actually...there are more than one of these) was once inhabited. don´t blame me..i like background info, and it sticks to me like gum to the bottom of a shoe.

heheh...no offence demonslayer...but i believe taw´s insults are about a thousand times better...but then again, taw has had experience in the area of computer tech support...so he´s probably had lots of time to think of this stuff

are you completely sure it´s wrong? i mean, maybe if the person´s face is perfectly fine. i think it should only be available to those who were in a fire, and they might have 3rd degree burns on their face. Those people´s lives are thrown out the window when that happens. they can´t go into public without being stared at, and soemtimes often wished they died in the fire...and they might as well have because of the life they are living.
