Near Freeport 9 is a jump node to Omicron Iota, from there go to jump hole in middle of map. Streamer is that crossfading, I think. You know, softening of sound at the end of music, when being replaced by other one. Attentuation is in-game volume adjustation. Nothing hard. Your tune must be WAV, then add it to data/audio/music directory. Then declare it in data/audio/music.ini like nickname = music_valkyrie type = music file = audiomusicmusic_valkyrie.wav attenuation = 6 streamer = true Under "sounds" in brackets, as are the others. Then choose the system where you want to put it and replace a music tag with nickname of the sound. I´ve put that Wagner to Hamburg and I can say it is fantastic! Thanks for idea. It seems I found a way to add some big fishes. See Orion-class destroyer on link. I would say it is no harder to convert, just takes more time, because it has more textures and all that declaring in MATs, that´s boring. It is still size of a small fighter - but let me say this one wasn´t 20-times scaled (as with others) yet! There is a program called UTF Editor, made by HCl. In MAT files you store texture for model, it must be an uncompressed TGA of size 256x256 pixels, also best working are those in 256 colors (altough it isn´t most). Microsoft simply did not make this game as good as we wanted. So we try to upgrade it. I would even thank them they made the coding so easy to decipher. Altough it isn´t as user friendly as i.e.Medieval TW when modding (here if you make an error, it sends you even a position of it ;D ), even Westwood was silent with those mods I and many others made mods for Emperor, Red Alert 2 and Tiberian Sun on Dune2k.com. Blizzard even puts a modding device to its games. So why not? I use only Wordpad for editing and it is very slowered when I open bigger files like mbases or weapon_equip. I have 384 MB RAM, but it seems to be not enough. Editing mbases.ini causes a little error: you can´t take missions trough that bag sign on upper part of screen. It shows permanently "come when you are frendlier to this side", even if you are in green.
