    they will probably make one again if there is no good servers around.   • Should I Buy FreeLancer?

    FreeLancer is gr8 game, got all the elements needed 2 be one of the best (except that M$ own it <img src=smilies/icon_smile_tongue.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle>) 1) good Single Player teach you how 2 play and explore the univerce a) you can be all fighter and do missions 2 make credits b) you can be fighter and trader and make credits alot faster c) you devolope by buying better ships and better weapens.. 2)got the shooter elements of DOOM/UT/Quake3.../HL MP: 3) got the RPG elements like rpg and mmprog games (with SP a,b,c)) u can: a) enjoyable chat with other players while exploring the univerce b) you can goup/party with other players 2 finish missions or 2 explore/trade there is group chat of course. c) you can PvP 1v1 or goup V group d) some server got RPG rules so u can be pirate or hunter.. and some alows clans 2 claim systems (and battles 2 protect them) you can do alot more things and wont say more so I wont be spoiler <img src=smilies/icon_smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> &quot; Does Fraging PKs makes me any better! ? <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> &quot;

  • Looking for a good, rich RPG server

  • Why do you choose a server more than another?

    I am talking here about vetran FL players and even vetrans on other games. 1)ping 2) number of players on the server 3) lag good ping and they might the join the server good number of players online will make them join 2 check NO lag will make them stay for a while (at least get eagle) after that its up to other things: like languge. like how good the admins the server comunity spirit if there is alot of cheaters and modding PKers..flamers and abusers..     Another reason that ppl might not use FLCD, simply cause they understand it as &quot;Arania - The Emperor&quot; and the same for me, FLCD is CD checker that even checks if u got original CD or cracked one, and not surprisengly many actualy understand it the same way, they simply got scared, I think another name for FLCD is a must. Imagine newbie who finished SP and wana join his first freelancer server he sort them by pings (lets say he is from UK) he gets that &quot;Jolt.co.uk -FLCD&quot; is the best ping for him but there is this thing &quot;FLCD&quot; so he get scared and wont join the server due to &quot;CD&quot; letters on the server name, its even worse for hamburg server since they put &quot;Hamburg...- FLCD req&quot; wich means &quot;Hamburg server Freelancer CD is requiered&quot;, and most ppl at the start wont check forums or bother with websites. they just use the next best ping/num-players server. another reason (for vetrans) many do not like mods or addons and they like the usual clean version of FL, so when u put a program like FLCD wich is not official (it might be trojan who knows!) and you ask them to instal it. you just asking them to change there point of view and principle (never use mods or addons) and they need time to realize that FLCD is good program and make MP better. and probably many of this kind of players just duel and play with there friends (they are sure there friends does not cheat) so they do not think FLCD or any kind of cheat detection is nessesary, and they just find regular server.. few say it makes them lag and leave the FLCD servers to other server (taking there friends/clan with them) personaly I think FLCD is gr8 idea (just change the name FL&quot;CD&quot; ) I did not have time to test FLCD much but since instaling FLSDK makes you get kicked you join FLCD-servers, I think my FL is not staible like before and when I join battles I get jumpy (no lag) alot more than before. if there a way to make FLCD works with FLSDK it will be gr8. &quot; Does Fraging PKs makes me any better! ? <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> &quot;

    interisting I always thought that FL systems are 2D and not 3D, only at fighting you can use the 3D benifits of the sourounding enviroment (I even remmeber a mod that alowed strafe up/down), any if it true what you say, then at bounty events anyone can do that and escape all other players easily, its even on regular flying each system is huge and hard to find someone unless he tries to jump to another system (or dock/ use trade lanes). well I better try it and see .. &quot; Does Fraging PKs makes me any better! ? <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> &quot;

    make new char transfare some moeny to it, go to the junkers base at NY (Rochester base just above manhatin) buy junkers rep-hack (just 90k) now you are cool (white) with outcasts and Corsairs and u can go to Taus Sigmas and Omicrons with out any faction attacking you (unless u got cargo), now just go to omicron alpha and buy the sabre. if you want your cahracters to be cool with all the factions just on your way to omicrons buy zoners rep-hack (at freeport10 in tau-37 for example) now you wont have any faction Red to you (hostile) and you can not just buy sabre from the hessians base at dresden but you can dock at bases all over sairus <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> for more places to buy zoners or junkers rep-hacks check these forums there is a sticky spoiler that lists them, but remmeber this works only for new character. other ways that takes more time to fix your rep, is killing ships/transports and cargo depots, it could take time or hard but if you balance your kills on Green (friendly) factions to you that are enemy to the faction that are Red to you eventualy the red and green will be white. what I do usualy is making a char for missions that I do not care about my reps (just make $) then I make characters that cool with everyone to duel or just explore, its good for trader char also but I do not trade <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> the only problem with cool with everyone char is buying guns that needs good rep ( sometimes super Green to buy tizona ) and also if you like using firestalker missles you need to be super green with alot of faction to buy the ammo all over sairus. anyway at FL MP you can always ask your friend to buy the guns/equipment you need <img src=smilies/icon_smile_wink.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> &quot; Does Fraging PKs makes me any better! ? <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> &quot;

    there is no level10 shield in omicron theta only class9 molecular.     The super missles mount I have tried and the best I think for long battles : ( you need to be rich) Eagle: 4 Tiz 1 canonball 1 firestalker 1 SkyB Turrent (does not matter) CD: Hornets Mines: Rippers once you get the enemy head V head fire first 1 hornet then imediatly fire the missles, mostly he will be with out shields and your hornet will kil his incoming missles, and your missles will finish him (you must have good timing for missles so his CD wont make them explode on your face) off course this way needs much $$. my normal mount: Eagle: 2 Tiz 1 canonball 3 Nomads 1 SkyB turrent CD Wasps Mine: Drillers/Cutters its good for clan wars and help in killing enemes fast and even if u used all your missles you still can fight with the 3 nomads guns. my guns only (and missions) Eagle 1 Tiz 1 Kraken/SkyB/Salamnka (did not decide with is better yet but I like the kraken) 4 nomads 1 skyB turrent Starkiller (for missions only) I will test soon mounts with 1 tiz 3 SkyB 2 nomads that where recomended by vetran players. &quot; Does Fraging PKs makes me any better! ? <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> &quot;

    HammerHead is VHF only class9, and I wana try it for my Mercenary Character. so it can not have class10 shield. class9 positron shield have the same power (strength) like molecular class9!
