A censor helps to try to keep things civilized. Also, as a few others have said, it makes the individual think and use other appropriate words instead of using a ´shortcut´. Yes I realize people here it all the time in RL, but I guess you have to say change starts somewhere..lol The way I see it, poor grammer is the sign of a mind that does not think. I like people that think thier way through things, not just blurt out whatever comes to mind. Shoot first, shoot straight, win always.

In a previous comment I read on here, someone tried to drag in some of the laws contained in the Patriot Act, (and misrepresented them badly at that..lol) and put them side by side with the current organization. From what I have been able to read, the organization that is ´overseeing´ everything has basically about zero control from the government. You bring up the laws on pornography etc and those are only laws put into place by the state and federal governments. And there is still a debate as to who should have those laws. One one last note, someone mentioned turning this over to the UN. I have to disagree with that point massively. With the recent scandels that we have only scratched the surface with, not to include the ones we still have very little information on, do you honestly want to turn something such as this over to a huge body of International Politicians that are not looking out for the greater good but just for thier own interests. btw I hate politicians on basically all levels...lol Shoot first, shoot straight, win always.

Ok, simple reply on finding bases everyone. Go to your nav map, click on the patrol pattern icon. Now look at your map for paths that intersect or originate from one spot. Click on it and go check it out, it could be a jumphole, base etc..<img src=smilies/icon_smile_wink.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> Shoot first, shoot straight, win always.

Thats very possible. There are quite a few things in the original game that were never used such as guns, effects etc. So its safe to assume there are a few rumors there that they wrote but never followed up on...:O Shoot first, shoot straight, win always.

Hmm I do know in the Evolutions mod we have that launcher for sale. Also when you hit the wrecks that have it, they kick it out pretty easy, and don´t explode. If you get a chance you might ask Chips and crew how they did it...<img src=smilies/icon_smile_wink.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> Shoot first, shoot straight, win always.

Hi there. Although I have not posted on here very much I have been very involved with the Freelancer game for the last 2 years. I have to say it was a godsend when I went online after completing the SP game and found TLR with all the mods here. <img src=smilies/icon_smile_wink.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> I have played a few mods but enjoy Evolutions the most. I can be found on Hals_2003_Evo server where I tend to play quite a bit. I have to say I admire all the mod makers, that is something I don´t have the patience for anymore, (might have in my younger days...lol) but I do enjoy testing the mods to see if they work like ya want...<img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> Shoot first, shoot straight, win always.

We fully fund our pilots to be able to purchase the ´ship of thier choice´ and assist in outfitting it. Drop in at our forum and we can discuss it further.

Ok, Hals, the server we play on has now switched to Evolutions 1.29. There are a few new changes made so come check it out.

Go to http://www.pathfinderstudios.com There should be a download section there. You want the Evolutions 1.28 version 1.02 client version (there are two, server and client) . It is also located on page 4 of the Downloads section here at TLR. Before you you activate the mod you need to read on the readme document on how to basically clean everything out before you start it. That way it starts with a completely clean slate. Everything you need to download is at pathfinderstudios. If you have any questions on it they can, or probably have already been answered on the pathfinder forums. <img src=´http://img.photobucket.com/alb…ygal71/greyhawkwip3jq.jpg ´> Edited by - Greyhawk on 4/4/2005 5:42:03 AM

More than likely it should come with a complete player wipe. If you go off of experience from 1.27 to 1.28 there were quite a few changes made to the mod. Even the smallest detail can cause a server crash if it is not known at the time. So I think you can count on a server wipe when the next release comes out..<img src=smilies/icon_smile_wink.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle>

Ship requirements for the escorts are the HF,VHF, or SHF of your choice. We do like the trident for its speed and size, but also know that everyone has thier own fighting style/ favorite ship. As for the trading ships your first initial money from the company after fixing your reps will be enough for the large train. If you want to use a smaller ship, that is also fine you just need to let us know what your intentions are in the Company forums. We are pretty flexible. <img src=smilies/icon_smile_wink.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> <img src=´http://img.photobucket.com/alb…ygal71/greyhawkwip3jq.jpg ´>

The nomads will come out both in the Gamma and Alpha systems by the Unkown Jumpholes. That is why both factions have so many ´dead´ ships there that have died defending the home area to alien ships. Edited by - Greyhawk on 3/23/2005 4:00:30 PM

I have to admit, the new BG is definately not like the old one. But having said that I think they have improved on it drastically with what they can do in todays filming technology. I like the way they made it gritty and added a real depth to it. The Cylones have a wide variety of ´robots´ and have infiltrated the human fleet. It is interesting to watch to see and figure out who is really who. When they show scenes of the ´same´ person in two differant places you are still left scratching your head at the end as to who is the ´real´ one. The battles in space are ausome and the fact that they don´t have ´lasers´ but use something of a lower order that makes more sense. All the problems within the fleet and political intrigue is also nice considering you have a large group of people together, but that doesn´t mean that they all agree on what to do next.

Ok guys on this one of the previous posters was right. It appears when you have f1´ed out and are in the character selection screen. That is what it is plain and simple.
