I know a Freelancer 2 where you could run around on planets and have huge faction wars would be really fun, but if you did all that stuff, it would a) be to huge and confusing, and b) it would just not be the Freelancer that we know and love anymore, it would be a different game! I really don´t want to see huge changes in FL2 because Freelancer was such a great game and I don´t see how it could be improved on that much. A new story, new ships, and some new areas to explore would be great. (Some of you guys had really creative storyline ideas!) I have enjoyed many, many hours of playing this game and I still play it often. I know that a sequel may be wishful thinking, but at least we have some really great mod makers here at Lancer´s Reactor that still make the game interesting! Well, just my opinion. Take it or leave it. Random Tidbit: Sirius is a real star. It is right below the Orion Constellation. It is known as the "Dog Star".
