And yes there are mods that remove level requiements,as for the missles,thats what your ecms are for the better grade of ecm and the better chances of not being stopped in cruise,or damaged and the lanes are designed in the game to be temp.disabled after you take out the pirates tractor in their goods wait for the gate to recharge and redock and in the downloads section you can find many diff.mods and addons,and tools

use fllm to install your mods
the password for downloads is on the portal page on the left side above mods,and there are many people here that can help with game problems,and walk thrus if you get stuck,but the vanilla storie line is designed to let you get just enough to get through and then it's open player

and there are many large mods,and conversions for the game,in sp op an multipayer,with many servers

i've played discovery and it's pretty evened out on inner sys ships though there are some mean ships in the outer border worlds,was playing open in sp mode discovery 3.50,and you can find lots of mods in the download section just get the password and go to mods,on the portal page,on the left side,and you will also see the password link

and thats why the we have kids,and you get all the onryness back that you have given out,while raiseing them hehe ;)and they get all your energy

yea it keeps trying to quranteen it i keep telling it to ignor have to shut the antivirus off,then i run it and after a while it ctds and av is back,and avira has been the most game friendly so far, use to run avg,but it kept running even when shut off in the background ,figure avira does to, you should be able to shut it down completly even shut down the anti virus guard has a place you unck but it doesn't make any diff. and since it's free all you can do is go to there forums,no help at all

yea!.. me i'm just an old gamerbeen playing games for about 20 years,started out with consols i remmeber pong,i'm 53,and partarly handicapped bad right shoulder arm and hand, but still play and mod some mainly stuff for offline for
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl/and clear sky,been playing FreeLancer since it came out remmeber the hype about the game,yea but they should have left digital anvil alone and we would have had a second and a thrd ver by now but thats ms for u at least they let them finnish and ms published it and got it on the market yeeaa 8-)

yep or at least some side quest that take a while to figure out with some twist and turns as life is,and not one but two or three inter woven into the mods,make the game a challenge but not so hard as it can't be fiquired out,it could last a good long time,in stalker they have mods that you can hire people to help you,or they have full blown conversions that still carry the story on,they need a mod of the beginngs of space flight and xploration of serius (partdon the spelling)after the frist hundred or two hundred years the new beginngs,were you really have to mine or explore or trade so your people can survive,were you can pick and area like new york or kusari,or rienland,or any of the groups before the pirates became so strong,stories all differnt,as you leave each area you have help to start trade and have fighting and truces and whatever,and not all space flight but ground pounder stuff,with air cars or vehc. and stuff like that,the section were it shows whst fsction your friends with should be for your people
and the friends or groups that you are enemys with,so many ways to go :geek:

Left to me, adolescent whinings would be in the dustbin of deletion and you would not get the oxygen of publicity but BP and Mental are decent fair-minded guys who listen - on most community sites you would not be able to say the things that you say.

Were TLR ever to fall under the blessings of Tawakalni rule, anyone with names that suggest a colour link with avian life forms would be immediately banned, as would anyone of a hiruste facial nature who lives in a "shack" in the forest. However people who sell and recommend comfy mattresses that give me a good night's sleep after years of pain and discomfort are perfectly welcome (thanks Rich, best buy I ever made!)

The mod is now unable to support the single player campaign, as one or two parts of that have been
moved or re-assigned for 4.85, to enable the storyline to move on. I shall miss it ...
The open SP option is still available of course.

You're right, my gender shouldn't make a difference, I just though you should know what a female's opinion was because I'm sure that I am outnumbered by a big ratio but I do love to play Freelancer and I enjoy coming here to read the forums and check the news to see if there's anything new and exciting to check out.

You say it girl, What evers past is past and if this site is to go on and be the great site it can be ,which i say as i never use to post was always quite,didn't join in ...and glad to see a women on the site speak up...and have been to and am a member of many sites,have seen many things over the years,and read of things like this before on other sites,so it's not just here,but i think that this site is clean and enjoyable to post and make good friends here and the staff and people have always tryed to help with what ever problems,i see this thread as them wanting clear and consisive input for the betterment of this site and would help in what ever way i can,and like bp,knife,finalday,and others they have always been a help to me,i would like to see more women and others speak up,and opy might have gotten the end of the stick,and others might have some where but thats old news an needs to go on being a help as his expertise and friendship with players here,is also valuable and a + to the site wether he was an old admin or not experance is always needed, i wasn't involved with what ever happened and the help i have received thru Lancers Reactor has been in my book as a gamer invaluable, if i ask a question on a mod or a game,i'm not whistleing in the wind, i seriusly want and answer as it helps to fix a game or a mod,and some times you have to wait,as time zones are a lot diff when you live half way around the world from each other......READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND......and the admins aren't the site the people are the site, the admins provide us a site and it is a previlige to use the site as they have provided a means for us to gather and share our knowlege and experances without the freelancers out there,there wouldn't be a need,and there is a need for this site,as it helps to keep FreeLancer alive and moving into the future of gaming it all works together and we need EVERYBODY and you to OP-R8R

and i think you can buy those fighters though why is beyond me as they don't have enough hard points for guns only two or three,it's either on the monkey planet or the mechanoids planet don't remmeber which as hardly go there they don't have anything to say and never any jobs,but in frontier i think you can get some weapons and stuff from them and each group has something differant,will have to ck after i finish the quest

i think that it is bocthed code or info cards that were never finished and when the mod was being developed it was missed as alot of code goes in to these mods, and frontier it's not being worked on any more as i understand,and it's such a great mod,you can spend months,exploring and trading,or what ever,and the hidden quest is a lot of fun to complete,i would have liked to have seen more quests,evenone where this quest left off,with the artifact for the girl were you had to find and secure it for her, sort of like in the first storie,alot of these mods need quests and such to keep them interesting

and it's a wreck ship it's pretty close to the Luyten 9742 jump hole in frontier even though i am right in front of it
it still registers as an unknown,could be as this mod is so large and info card was never completed for it,and it does have a few bugs some of which patches were made,but still a heck of a mod 8-)

doesn,t play well with frontier,can play 15 min.s to an hr. an then ctd tryed it at least a dosen times neat hack will try on other mods espeacialy like the solid bars for sheilds and enrgy an hull damage,though it might be avira antivirus as it won't let me install unless turned off
