i used FLE (although there IS a jumphole in my system that runs close to the route to the mission vignette...), and the factions are (currently, anyways) the Outcasts and the Bounty Hunters Guild (makes for some nice capship wars ;P ) EDIT: bump Edited by - [Chaos_leaderXiron on 8/11/2005 1:41:27 AM

@chrisbee: exactly. add an extra hardpoint to the back of the ships where such a "license" would be displayed (if u decided to do it car-like, that is). hmmm.....i just might look into this

ive touched none of the loot properties (yet), and it only happens in my new system, but i´ve only got one faction set up for having missions against them, as its the only one of 2 factions that will mainly exist there. EDIT: bump -.- Edited by - [Chaos_leaderXiron on 8/9/2005 12:14:45 AM

nice, good tutorial Gibbon. made a sun that engulfs half of my system as a test <img src=smilies/icon_smile_tongue.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> as an aside, is it possible to make a BLACK sun? dunno if its possible, but if anyone knows how, that´d be awesome (and literally wicked <img src=smilies/icon_smile_tongue.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> )

well, for one, wouldnt any movement act as a collision and pretty much destroy both ships eventually? and for two, if the ship that someone´s docked on is destroyed.....im guessing the server would have a stroke and die.
