I highly recommend doing a Daily backup or at least a couple times a week. Also save them someplace like a different server on CD or such as if you loose the computer hard drive you lose it all. I do daily backups add the date to the name and them burn those to CD. Loose it and you have a mad population!

Could be they need Direct x 9.0b I know I had problems connecting to the Global Server until I updated to Direct9

I will be replacing the MBRD/CPU Combo As the one right now does not act the same as the other one I have, not sure if it is a bad MBRD, or MEM. Yeah The ADMIN/OWNER of the server was kind enough to allow it to be transferred. Thus the "ELITE" Server will live on. I am relying on my Right hand Man STINGER Stinger he has just been given Full ADMIN rights to the Forum and I should have a Remote Capability up for the personnel he gives the Up to. I am happy to have been allowed to keep the Elite online. I know there are some glitches in the Perl Code I will have it squared away, hopefully by this weekend. A Big Thanks to Akataka & Stinger Elite wil Live on. I will be honest I did not play on ELITE, but could not sit by and watch another of the TOP unmodded SERVERS die. I want to thank akataka and Stinger for the opportunity to Host another of the great Freelancer Servers I hope I can live upto the level of dedication you provided to the Freelancer Community. Virus is doing the best he can with the english langauge. He is from Russia and is setting up a Freelancer Server and Website in Russia. He is asking in the best manner he can with a language that is not his nornal spoken language. I imagine if you wrote asking the same thing in Russian is may be missing proper punctuaion and grammer could be used incorrectly. For a young man as he is I applaude him from trying to excel in the freelancer community. If he were asking for Grammer lessons I don´t think he would have come to a game forum. No ding on anybody directed, just so you know where he is coming from. I as the ADMIN for Fiik T! would like to thanks all those that are helping Virus, he was a very good player on the FiiK Server and is working at getting his up and running. Hey Virus come back to the FiiK Fourm I have sent you all the links. For some reason I cannot email or reply to you email address it gets bounced back as a bad address or rejected. I would use the Newsts IonCross Frrelancer Server Operator that the Great Joe Boomz created works like a charm and can edit names in it now. 1000% big Kudos to Joe.

There are 25 Clans and Guild On the FiiK T1 server. You can see the our global status on the Website, and will notice we have over 25 organizations operating on the server. When FiiK gave notice he was looking for a host to take over the FiiK T1 Public 24/7 Freelancer server my son was heart broken, he asked if we could host it, so I built him a Server for his Birthday and we now Host the FiiK T1 Public 24/7 Server. A forum for the server, actually a main forum and each Clan/Guild also has there own Forum. KInd of like a subforum. I put hours into building the Forum, a TeamSpeak server and dealing with 9000 different personalities. I really hate to see on off the top server drop offline as you were the one we tried to match on the TOP servers list everday. I wish all of you well from one ADMIN to another. I have never played on your server as I ADMIN the forums for FORUM TAG changes and Game TAG changes. I will offer just as I did to FiiK if you would allow somebody to take over the hosting of your server I will offer. I can run two just as well as I was running one. I will just have place one more mahine dedicated to Freelancer. I understand your players concerns and yours as ADMINs, but I will make the offer as I have not seen anybody openly do that in all the post I have read. The ultimate choice is yours, but I am offering to keep ELITE online if you would allow it. I would do the same as I did with FiiKs and leave the name the same or modify it as directed. I honor those that place as much time as it takes to ADMIN a server as yours. I do know what it takes as of today our Player accounts is showing as 18,434 with a player folder count of 9343. I do not delete inactive accounts until they hit the 270 day mark. After scanning them yesterday I only found 1398 accounts more than 60 days inactive. It was surprizing.
