I've done a clean install of Freelancer on Windows 7 Professional. Ater playing the SP game again for fun, without any problems, I decided to make a server again. But once the server is up and running, I simply cannot connect to it. I get the message that the operation is taking longer then expected etc etc.

Things I tried:

- Disable all firewalls.
- Disable UAC
- Remove Router (although it shouldn't have anything to do with this)
- Force a loop-back through the router
- Run both game and server in several different windows compatibility modes
- Run Administrator modes

All without any luck I'm afraid. Anyone else have some idea how to solve this problem?
