I personally find the Corvette the better model of the two, although the Frigate is a very nice design in its own right. However, I disagree with the size you had planned for the ship. Kusari capitals are drastically missized, and their incredible smallness often just makes them look silly in-game. Although the size may look good on paper, when you put them in-game, the proportions just look wierd.
That being said, the design itself is very nice. I like the spikes that you added to the bottom of the corvette.
