Re: Dark Knight

Taw, but seeing it as a standalone film? Only being a sequel to the modern "Batman Begins"? I don't know the 60's versions, so I can't really comment in that context. This one has some delightful irony and also some interesting questions you could discuss...which could be done once everyone has seen it.

Dark Knight

Anyone here see it? I think it is absolutely brilliant. Would make interesting discussion material methinks, don't want to spoil it for those who hasn't seen it yet though.

The lions are good...with the high crime rate they're very well fed. I have not been out to see the baby rhino yet though, been a bit busy. How are everyone?

I´m impressed...but you really could have skipped the last part where you insult people, this vid is pretty good imho, but that spoils it. I like the music too.

Do we really need a language censor here?

hmm...I can undestand if people say that there are time that swearing enhances writing, but as soon a swearing is tolerated, you get most people totally overdoing it. If you look at most books today, there is so much swearing in and it is really, realy irritating, because well you could totally write it without the swearwords and still make sense. Or come accross the exact same way.

Some people *shake...

Jack Thompson, WTH?

Maybe he found the cheat and it didn´t work? He was probably disappointed when he couldn´t view the kiddies without clothes. Unfortunately...people will choose to believe his ideas and allegations about videogames causing violence pfft!

Jack Thompson, WTH?

Hmm...interesting. My position on thistopic...yes,games can make kids kill, but only in about 1 out of 100 000 kids, if it is that many. 99.99% of gamers won´t kill because of a game, but games get a bad name becuase of the other 0.01%... pah
