DeWalt IS Black and Decker To me, they are inferior. Bosch is a commercial grade tool, and has greater power and longer life. I have used both before as well. For me though, I use Ryobe and it does just nicely, at a lower cost.
Short of a highend Laptop, video on laptops is a lot less quality and speed than a desktop. Ad to that of Vista, that hogs memory, and it makes it hard for a laptop to compete in gaming.

Download the SDK. Its decoded already. If you add a mod, its is decoded as well.
You need the heat seeker aspect of it, it gives the missile a "Target" to lock on to.

Google the Freelancer SDK 1.3 Download and install it in the freelancer folder, and all ini files will be decoded.
