Here´s the introduction to my story. It might take a bit for me to make the next parts. Sorry for the inconvenience. It was a decade after the incident with the Nomads and the dispute of the colonies. “What do you think your doing?” “Wiping you from the face of the galaxy,” Trent replied. He threw on a smile and fired his canons at the arrogant Liberty Rogue. In a moment it had reached its target. “What the h-” But the rogue didn’t have time to finish his sentence as his common cruiser was ripped to shreds in milliseconds. “Last one destroyed,” Trent reported back to the mission command. “Good work Trent. This will defiantly help us in the progress of annihilating the rest of the Liberty Rogues. Mission commission signing off.” Trent flipped his Eagle around back through the Tahoe Ice Cloud and headed back to Los Angeles. His mission had been to ambush a large Liberty Rogue base and destroy it. It had been tough at first to pick off the first few fighters. But after that, it was easy trip through. Trent entered the trade lane and sat back in his chair. Suddenly, an alarm went off, and Trent’s ship maneuvered away from the trade lane route. “Oh, great!” Trent muttered. His sensors picked up 17 rogue ships. All were piloting Wolfhounds. “Even more great.” He sat up in his seat and grabbed the controls. Slowly, he tore them up one by one. But it was difficult, considering the numbers. After the fight, Trent was not pleased. “I thought I had taken them all out!” He scrunched up his face in disgust. “How did they get passed me? Mission commission would have picked them up on the scanners, wouldn’t they?” Trent left that hanging in his mind and reactivated the trade lane. He landed on LA, and went to the commodity trader to sell some of his cargo. He walked into the bar to get a peek on the news. Apparently there had been over a dozen security break-ins on artifact studies over the past week. Trent thought hard about this. He wondered who could have gotten through top-notch security like those bases. He checked the time on his wristwatch. He had better get going if he was going to be on time to the meeting with president Jacobi on Manhattan. He ran back to the launch pad and took off from the surface. When he was clear of the planet, he cruised to the trade lane for the New York jump gate. When he got to New York, a very familiar face appeared on the view screen. * * * * * “I hope you have a good reason for dragging me out here,” Trent said sternly as he sat down at the conference table. “I´m supposed to be meeting with President Jacobi.” Orillion closed his eyes for a moment. Then he looked across the table to Trent. “They’re back.” Trent’s eyes widened. He knew Jacobi would understand why he hadn’t showed up. He knew that this was bad. And now, when Trent said something was bad, it was really bad. Hope you´ll be pacient for part one. I´ll work on it as much as possible. Okay Guys. It didn´t take as long as i thought to make chapter one, so here you go: Chapter 1 An Old Enemy “Where is he?” President Jacobi wasn’t happy. She was pacing back and forth on the floor. “I’m sorry ma’am, but there’s no sign of him yet,” one of the security men tried to calm her down. He stood by the door of the right-wing conference room. They had come down to Manhattan with top security to escort the President. She was here for a meeting with Trent to try and put a stop to some recent events. They had been waiting on him for over an hour. “Well I’m loosing my patience.” He’d never be late to anything like this, she thought. It’s obviously something important that’s keeping him. “Ma’am. We have a report on an Eagle on the landing pad.” Suddenly, Trent rushed in. He knew what was going on. He tightened his brown jacket, and sat down without saying anything, or even, “Sorry I’m late.” Trent tightened his eyebrows in deep thought. He looked down at the table with no emotion, but suspicion. “You’re late,” President Jacobi said with a bit of attitude. I think that was a little too harsh . She slapped herself in the face. Everyone in the room, except Trent, was startled by the loud CRACK of her hand against her cheek. She paid no attention to the very noticeable red mark left behind, and looked across the table at Trent. “I mean, how come your late?” Trent made no movements in response, except breathing. Then he looked up. “I would like it if we could speak alone.” He looked Jacobi strait in the eye. This look persuaded her immediately. “But, why?” she asked first. Trent made a look of fear. This nearly put her into shock. She gestured for her security men to leave. They closed the door behind them. As soon as they were alone, Jacobi asked, “So what’s this about?” She sat back in her seat, calmly. Trent looked back down at the table. “We’re not the only species in the around here anymore.” The President’s mouth dropped. “Are you serious?” “Would Orillion lie?” Trent looked up again with a very stern look. “I doubt so. So that’s where you’ve been. Don’t worry, I won’t put this against you.” She said it without paying much attention to it, even though she really meant it. She was busy with other thoughts swarming her mind. For a while, they sat there and pondered this new outcome. Trent was the one to break the silence. “We have to do something. Even though there’s not much we can do right now.” Trent got up and began to walk out the door, but Jacobi stopped him. “Can I ask you one question?” “Okaay,” he answered. “What do you think we can ever do about this?” Trent sighed. “I don´t know. But I do know that after last time, they’re gonna be pretty pissed.” With that, he walked out the door. Then the security men walked back in the room. One of the men started to ask her something, but then noticed the hardened look on her face. He stopped before she could notice. He could tell something was going on. Jacobi knew that they had reason to know what was happening, so she told them. “The Nomads have returned.” This put the entire room into gasps. Everyone was silent. “So what’s the plan?” Trent asked on his communicator. They decided to have a private conversation in space. They switched to a separate channel. “We have got to do something like we did last time. Only it has to be bigger. Much bigger.” “Meaning?” “We had reports of large hyperspace energy readings among some of the border worlds. Larger then normal. Not from the jump gates, or anything else.” A wave chart appeared on the view screen of Trent’s ship. It was low at first, but then, it shot up. Really up. “After we caught these readings, we lost contact to nearly all of the border planets. Confirming that is was the Nomads, we managed to get this.” Orillion sent Trent a small video that Freeport 9 had captured. Static was crackling in the background. He could barely see it, but he noticed bright blue rings appearing in the distance. Then, when the rings were gone, hundreds of small and large florescent blue shapes came into view. Voices were yapping on the channels. Screams could be heard every few moments. Then, from one of the very large blue dots, a white beam came from it, and into Omicron Theta’s sun. After the beam disappeared, the blue shapes jumped out, and were gone. The video only lasted a few mere minute or two more. People were scared out of their bodies at what had just happened. Suddenly, everyone was screaming, “The sun! It’s exploding!” Then the video cut off, with static on the screen. Orillion cut it off. “Then we have a problem. They’re not gonna leave a single star still burning. They’re going to supernova all human life.” Wait on chapter 3. Welcome to the fan fiction writers´ club, Mazer Good work so far, try going into a little more descriptive detail and it;ll be great! Just a suggestion man, next story try to stay away from the topic of Trent and/or the return of the Nomads/Coalition. It´s an overused topic
