Big asteroid from 3ds to freelancer

Hello.
I want to make a new big rock, big asteroid.
In Freelancer explorer is option "Other Objects" I hope there I can put every model.

For example, I have ready 3ds model of asteroid. What next? It will be my first putting in freelancer
new model, I dont know how, please tell like "For Very Newbie"


Texturing, I want use texture of big rocks like in tohoku, but want fix it(if I will can export and import it, I will can make from
old texture new).

1. export it to cmp and mat
2. add a new non_targetable object to the solararch.ini (just copy/paste one of the existing ones)
3. now edit the 2 lines to the cmp and mat
4. open the cmp in utf and add hardpoints or remove the empty hardpoint node
5. resize the asteroid to the size that you want with the FLmodelcloner
6. add your new asteroid model to the game with FLE (it should be in the list now)
