Not sure what class it is atm. The entire line was made up of modular pieces. Once we get the various combinations sorted we'll know for sure. Furthermore, the SWWT mod doesn't use Light, Heavy, Very Heavy fighter classes. We have 10 different fighter subclasses sheltered under 3 main classes (Scouts, Interceptors, and Fighters). This was done to ensure a selection base of ship classes suitable to a players flying preference instead of everyone in VHF's like in many other mods.

The model maker requested I make a color change so it is in line with vanilla's liberty colors. I'm not sure this is an improvement, but what the man wants, he gets...

Yea, i fond of style i made. I saw Dom'Kavash ships from Crossfire - excellent soulful idea, but not so good texturing job.
In my Dom'Kavash interpretation, they must have more meat, so i did it :D

Try tiling the texture to separate polygon groups... U'll get a rly nice effect. Just a thought.

Actually only the cockpit window, the exhaust nozzles, intake and logos are "texture" the rest is just what Lithium Unwrap outputs. So it's more like a work in progress

I tried to UV-map it but with this geometry it's been hell. If someone wants to do it for me you're very welcome.
Also, I'm thinking to upload all my models as a pack for free use as all my own attempts to texture them myself have ended poorly.

Hmm, from the shape, flat or box maspping suitable scaled and angled for the three wings, and , that fuselage, tapered both ends? 6 sided, cylindrical or spherical, take 10-15 mins if lucky...

Trick is to UV map as you go, not wait till you finish building a replica of the eifel tower before remembering you didnt uv the original template girder obj... lol

@Aesthetic: It's all made from the base of a single cylinder, 6 sided. 3 sides extruded to make the wings and peripheral engines. Cylinder ends extruded and beveled to make cockpit and main engine.

@Bobthemanofsteel: That was never intended, in fact I tried to avoid that. Didn't really work out

EDIT: Got main hull, including cockpit and main engine mapped nicely, using the spherical setting of Lithium unwrap (mostly used cylinder before). But the wings still prove to be difficult

EDIT2: The bottom wing is actually not so bad, as its exactly vertical. But for the Port and Starboard wings neither box nor cylinder nor spherical produce a good result, as they are mounted at an 30 degree angle to the principal plane.
