I wanted to set up a tech support kind of chat (one on one) on my site, but I didn't know how. Anyone know how to?

like an irc channel but one-on-one support. I've got a couple other sites I help people with Vista problems, so i wanted to set up a help desk system on my site.

Well, a live chat support service costs money to setup and host. Also, you'll need to be online, like, 24/7.

It would be best to just setup an IRC Channel, and let other users help each other whilst you're not there ;)
