This is NSU 1.68. This is both server and client combined. The mod is available "as is". It is configured for FLAntiCheat but should work outside of it except you will have to go into goods.ini and comment out the cloaks since they will not work without FLAntiCheat. I did correct some of the errors that I remembered and you are free to run as a server since the version number is different than Olympus NSU. -

Great atmosphere, awesome soundtrack and the highly enjoyable aspect of exploration coming together is what really makes this game a classic that can be replayed numerous times and still offer fun even after all these years. The community surrounding the game and the modders keeping it alive with their outstanding work and innovation is the cherry on top, such a dedication toward a singular game is a rare sight nowadays. And while the unmodified game is an underrated gem that unfortunately didn't get the recognition it deserved, mods just elevate the entire experience to new dimensions, sometimes offering a much needed closure and continuation to the story, and other times entire overhauls can give you fresh content and fun experience. Highly recommended, and even for it's age, it is still visually appealing, but once again, mods can improve upon it tenfold.

I believe this is the final version of the North Quadrant mod for Freelancer, and is in full rar format and has to be extracted in to the freelancer folder in XP compatible mode for service pack 3. Be persistent when extracting the files because they will generate a redundancy error, keep extracting and over writing the files until it get's to 100% it will then work as intended. I would like to thank the original mod teams, and the server team that sent me these files many years ago, sadly I could not help at the time but did promise to keep the files safe. Once you have extracted the files they have to be run from inside the new folder, just remember to set every command you use and every run to XP mode for service pack 3. It will run in multi player or single player and will let you connect to the server, that is now being run and support by Han Solo. -

The original Dark ENB Convertors here by Boris Vorontsov & Lasse Blutströmen don't seem to work on many modern systems. Blake was able to get this awesome ENB working again by combining it with a different d3dx9_26.dll file from another FL ENB mod that still works fine. Once working beautiful mod allowed me to create my Worlds of Freelancer HD ENB Video series a few years back. For ease of use Blake has also converted it to flmod format (if you don't use FL mod manager then just force open the file in your zip/rar/7zip program to extract contents. -

The in 2019 released "Lost Fleet" update opened opportunities to release more story related content for Freelancer Crossfire without interfering with the main story of Crossfire. Lost Fleet ended with a cliffhanger, with the player being stranded on a space station in the middle of nowhere. Blackstar starts right there. -
