These are the raw extracted freelancer textures mainly in the direct draw file format, inwhich there is a plugin for photoshop to open them; this can be downloaded from the nvidia developers web pages. Also highly recommended is to download the plugin for explorer, so you can see thumbnails of the .dds textures while browsing the folders, can make finding something easier.
