Try swithing your Wyrm II:s to Salmalencia mkII. They do a little less damage but they have the same speed as the nomad weapons.

In order, I will try to answer your questions as best I can: Adv. Brigandine is the only Lvl 10 Shield you can get. Skyblast B Turret (lvl 9) from Gas Miner Naha in Sigma 13 is probably the best to go with. Sunslayers and Rippers are the best in their weapon types. No idea on the Archangel. Oh, and go with the Nomad Cannons (x4) and the Wyrm II (x2). Sorry Zoom, but they both have 3.03 refire rate.
