Fuses for weapon explosions

  • Can you use a fuse for a weapon explosion? I have reason to believe it has been done before, but I've tried to do it and have had no success. I've tried looking on the old TLR archives, but all of the topics are dead links for some reason. Has anyone made any breakthroughs in this area?
    The reason I am asking is because I am trying to create a multi-staged explosion - that is, an explosion consisting of more than one effect. There would be an initial explosion and then a second explosion a short time later. Changing the lifetime in the [explosion] itself causes really weird things to happen, and I'm trying to avoid that.
