No, 8 ships left. Liberety, Hispania, Reinland, Kusari, Bretonia 3 others aso left but they were destroyed before launch. (You´ll only know this if you have read the rumor on Crete)

We´re not sure if that rumor isn´t just a drunken tale or not. In both intros, only 5 sleeperships are ever mentioned. Life: No one gets out alive.

oh and this is a massive spoiler in omicron alpha (outcast system with malta), there is a wreck that is 78.3% chance of being the remains of the hispania. if you´ve heard the rumors, then you would know that the outcastsand the corsairs are apparently the only survivors of the hispania. the wreck is just south of the planet SE of malta

No...all my effort in vain... &lt;&lt;&lt; SPOILERS: CONCERNING THE HISPANIA´S FATE &gt;&gt;&gt; No ships were launched from Earth. All 8 ships were launched from Pluto. A Coalition fleet came and destroyed 3 of the 8 ships in Sol while the other 5 escaped. A saboteur destroyed the Hispania´s main engines. Half the crew (the Corsairs) decided to leave in shuttles (or life pods or something. I´m not sure). The other half of the crew (the Outcasts) decided to use the Hispania´s Secondary and/or Auxillary engines to continue to the Sirius Sector. The Corsairs landed on Crete and the Outcasts landed on Malta. That is why the Hispania is awfully close to Planet Malta while it is nowhere near Planet Crete (by that I mean it´s in another system). &lt;&lt;&lt; SPOILERS: CONCERNING THE HISPANIA´S FATE &gt;&gt;&gt;

THEY DIDN´T LAUNCH FROM PLUTO! If you watch the Intro movie you see the Coalition ships closing in on the JUPITER system, and that is where the sleeper ships launched from, one of Jupiter´s moons!
