I just think it´s soooo shoddy and downright lazy, to simply ban an entire domain. if it were spam gangs (not ff and Wolfy) causing havoc, there are plenty of other means of blocking their traffic rather than just can everyone in that domain. Heavy-handed and cavalier or what?

Of course it´s heavy-handed! But it´s the quickest (see cheapest) way.

Time to move onto an ISP that actually thinks its a service provider.

Or something like WOW (Wide Open West) which has few, if any, special features but just provides good connection and service.

When you complain hard and long enough, you´re bound to catch somebody´s attention. It may take a while, but you actually DO get through to somebody. They probably help you to shut you up, but at least something gets done about it.
