problems with unlocking all systems when hosting a server with a mod

  • With IFSO make sure you add all your new systems and bases to the GAMEDATA_ files (one for bases and one for systems) then IFSO should list them. Anything you add to the game you will need to add to the IFSO GAMEDATE files. Some people have had trouble with IFSO 5, but upgrading to V4 might not be a bad idea. just how are these systems locked? In game you go to the jumphole/gate and it wont let you dock with an "access denied" message or what? And which ones are you having trouble with, single player jumps or ones you added with the MOD?

  • If opening up normal game systems after running a mod, it appears you need to do a player wipe, otherwise save games ´corrupt´ those with unlocked gates - to set everyone to locked. Sounds strange I know, but its what I have been told about this <img src=smilies/icon_smile_wink.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle>

  • ok ive tried deleteing all the players from my server thankfully we are only running test on it for re clan so didnt have to wipe to many people but when i again tryed to get the the andromida2 system it still says access denied so im still lost as tot he solution, ive tryed using ioncross mkv as was suggested and still no difference does any1 no where i can get hold of the colours mod full version as im using the colours client mod 1.2.1 and it been sugested i use the server edition ive tryed searching lancers reactor for it no go
