phasade, Rebalance 3.4 isn´t new, it was released in march 2004. 3.5 was released at the start of this year but was withdrawn because a large number of errors had somehow gotten into the files. The original mod team have split up, some for RL probs, others to start new projects of their own. However 3.5 is being rebuilt by me, I´m not a member of the original team, but I´m the guy thats trying to keep this mod alive.
